Dance – Sing – Play! Music can certainly move you. And thanks to Elyssa Woods, a student from the University of Lethbridge, this is scene weekly at Rehoboth South Vocational and Retirement programs. Volunteering to facilitate a music therapy program for both centres has inspired many Rehoboth individuals to dance, sing and play in new and exciting ways. Elyssa is teaching various instruments while encouraging free expression. Nothing soothes a soul quite like music, except maybe Elyssa!

He began walking throughout his community recently and has said he can already feel the benefits. At 71 years of age, David is an example to all of us!
