 Rehoboth's Relief Services Program will endeavor to provide respite options to individuals with a developmental disability who do not require ongoing medical treatment and their families.
- Types of Relief Service:
1. In Home Support: Rehoboth will provide Direct Service Workers in the client's home.
- 2. Host Family: Rehoboth will screen potential Host Families and facilitate the out-of-home respite "match" between the Client Family and the Host Family.
- Relief Services may be accessed for:
1. Short Term: In-home or out-of-home care provided on an as needed basis to provide client and primary caregiver time for recreation/leisure appointments and social activities.
- 2. Vacation: Either in
the client's home or out-of-home care provided for the
primary caregiver on an annual basis (maximum 30
days/annum).
