 Rehoboth's "Outreach Support Services" program will provide in-home services to adult individuals residing in the community in an effort to ensure continued growth and development for the individual. Rehoboth respects and recognizes the potential of individuals and will endeavor to provide them with opportunities for growth, personal, and spiritual development and life long learning.
 Key Components:
- 1. Services provided in the individual's home.
- 2. Services are not 24 hour, but flexible based on individual need.
- 3. Outcome of program is independent living.
- 4. Focus of support is developing independent living skills.
- The level of support (staffing model) is dependent upon the needs of the individual accessing services.
